Refunds may be granted in the following cases within the 30-day

  • Purchase “Wrong product”
    If you accidentally bought the wrong product, you can request a refund for that purchase. But before that, we’ll help you purchase the correct product from our website. Or, you can exchange it for the correct product if the price difference is under $10–20.
  • Duplicate purchases
    buying the same product or equivalent version twice. You can get a refund for one.
  • No activation or confirmation email received
    If you do not receive the activation code or confirmation email within 24 hours, and Chill Tool support fails to respond within 24 hours after you contact, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Subscription auto-renewal that you were unaware of
    If your subscription renews automatically without notification, and you did not intend to renew, you may request a refund for that auto-renewal charge.
  • Technical issues unresolved
    If the product has technical problems and the team cannot resolve them within a reasonable time (e.g. 5–7 days), you may request a refund.


Generally, you will get a refund, but the following request are not eligible for a refund

  • Request made after 30 days from the date of purchase
    Refund requested for non-technical reasons, such as change of mind, preference, or misunderstanding of features.
  • The product has already fulfilled its intended function successfully.
  • You purchased from a third-party reseller (not directly through Chill Tool) – refunds must follow their policies.
  • You purchased a similar product elsewhere and now want to return ours.
  • Issues arising from hardware limitations or user misuse.
  • After you’ve already agreed to an exchange or alternate product.
  • You did not read the product description and later found features or results unsatisfactory.
  • You didn’t receive a code if it was delayed – but you didn’t contact support; delays due to email filters or typos are not grounds for refund.
